Mr. Sanni’s fourth grade class recently did a lesson on natural disasters (Tornadoes, Hurricanes and Earthquakes) . The students really got into the activity of building an earthquake proof structure! Here are some pictures of the students in action.
Rude vs. Mean vs. Bullying
Rude = Inadvertently saying or doing something that hurts someone else. Mean = Purposefully saying or doing something to hurt someone once (or maybe twice). Bullying = Intentionally aggressive behavior, repeated over time, that involves an imbalance of power. Yeager Monthly Celebration
Each month we celebrate the hard-work of the Jaguars. We recognize a Student of the Month from each class. As well as, class winners for Music, P.E., Technology, and Library. Music and dancing are always included in these monthly celebrations.
The Yeager Jaguars brought home the trophy from an intramural football game against AJK! It was a great game! AJK was a tough competitor and their team showed great sportsmanship. Go Jaguars!
Donuts with Dad
Donuts with dad was an event that was hosted by Yeager PTO. Dads got their turn to share a special moment with their child over donuts, coffee and juice. Dads had time to chat with fellow dads and to get to know other Yeager students. There were dads that could not attend so we welcomed…
